Raleigh Baby Photographer | Hampton’s Milestone Session

When I photograph babies as newborns, they’re so snuggly, sleepy, and tiny which is insanely cute. However, as a baby photographer in Raleigh, NC I have to say that seeing those newborns come back when they’re sitting up absolutely makes my day. At this age they’re starting to really show their personality. They’re spunky, playful, and still so so sweet.

Babies Don’t Keep

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet little guy as a newborn – can you believe the transformation? These photos were only taken 7 months apart! This is exactly why I’ve put together a photography package for Baby’s First Year. If you’re expecting and want to make sure to capture all of this sweetness, I definitely recommend including a newborn, 6 month/sitter session, as well as one for baby’s first birthday!

Ready To Play

One of my favorite things about this age is how much they love simple toys. In my studio I have a variety of photo-worthy wooden toys for your baby to enjoy. Watching them explore and play is the perfect way to capture them at this stage of life. We listen to fun music, be silly, play peek-a-boo, and have a great time!

This little guy could not have been cuter in this little blue bubble outfit. I absolutely adored how it made his gorgeous blue eyes pop on camera! Then his mama pulled out this bonnet and I was just in love.

Just look at those sweet baby giggles! He is such a happy little guy. As always, we did lots of photos with just a diaper cover to show off his precious rolls and squishy belly.

Simple, natural baby photographer

I don’t feel the need to use a lot of props or elaborate setups for baby sessions. Keeping a fairly blank slate means the focus is all on them, and these photos won’t ever go out of style!
